Regional Sounds are excited for the opportunity to host amazing touring artists in our performance space to share their musical knowledge and experiences! 

Death by Carrot are a Brisbane-based band who provide Deep Psychonautic Earthborn grooves, descending from the Black Sabbath meets Pink Floyd side of the Rock 'n' Roll tree. Rolling around Australia on their Infinity Loop tour, gathering folks & delivering riff oriented, storytelling experiences from coast to coast.

As well as creating incredible music, Death By Carrot also host events that bring together multiple mediums such as ‘Mixed Spice’ event in Adelaide ‘Creative flow’ in Grafton and Dope Riff Fest in Canberra. 

For this workshop they will perform a stripped-back acoustic set as well as draw on their experiences touring around Australia to provide an insight into their process from songwriting to performance. This will be an interactive workshop where participants are encouraged to ask questions!
