We will be holding a drop in creative hub space Saturday 2 December from 10-1pm. This creative hub space is held at our upstairs performance space at 246 Marine Terrace for a jam session where you can meet other muso’s, work on your tunes and collaborate. Whether you’re a musician, poet, beatboxer, whatever… Anything to do with sound.
If you’ve never been to a Regional Sounds muso event before, we’d love to have you here and you’re welcome to drop in- even if it’s just to watch if you’re nervous about playing along at first! We are a very inclusive, welcoming and friendly bunch…
Any instrument or level of experience is welcome- PA/ mics/ drum kit and keys are provided- bring along any other instruments you feel like playing / voices/ ideas!
We acknowledge our events take place on Southern Yamitji land. This was, is and always will be Aboriginal land. We pay our respects to the traditional custodians of this land.
This is a safe space and we are passionate about inclusivity for all people. We are accessible, wheelchair friendly and accept companion cards at our ticketed events (please just let us know this in advance so that we are sure on numbers).
All Regional Sounds events are zero tolerance for anti-social or disrespectful behaviour. We care deeply about making sure everyone feels accepted, valued and welcomed in our spaces and that our events are really good experiences for everyone involved.
Anti-social or disrespectful behaviour of any kind will not to tolerated and will be acted on immediately. Let’s all look after each other!
