Community Belonging & Inclusion Survey

The purpose of this survey is to assess the current state of the Music Industry and Music Community in the Mid West, particularly in the area of belonging and inclusion in the scene.

We wish to gain a better understanding of the needs of musicians in the Mid West region, in order to inform our offerings as a music not-for-profit organisation.
